All our classes are based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method and are taught in the traditional Mysore style: step-by-step and tailored to your individual needs.
The studio opens at 6:45 a.m. You can also start your Mysore Style practice at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
