Sukha Yoga Ashtanga Mysore Style Berlin Schöneberg

General terms and conditions (GTC)

1. Scope: Our GTC apply to participation in all classes, workshops, events and retreats offered by us. Deviating provisions may result from individual contracts.
2. Multiple class passes: Multiple class passes are user contracts that entitle the purchaser to a maximum of 10 class attendances within 6 months. Cancellation is not possible and there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation for unused units. Multiple class passes are not transferable.
3. Membership and membership fee: The contract of use shall be concluded for a period of at least 3 or 12 calendar months (depending on the term selected) from the technical start of the contract (start of term) and shall oblige the Contractual Partner to pay at least 3 or 12 full monthly contributions in accordance with the agreed term. The monthly fee is to be paid monthly by direct debit. Membership is not transferable.
4. Dormancy: A dormancy period is possible upon presentation of a medical certificate or a pregnancy certificate. Membership may not be terminated during the dormancy period. The dormancy period is appended to the contract term. With an annual membership, a one-month-break can be requested once a year. The request for the break must be made in writing at least two weeks in advance. It is not necessary to state any reasons. The existing membership cannot be terminated during this break. The break period is appended to the contract term.
5. Termination: The contract may be terminated with one month's notice to the end of the agreed contractual term. If the notice period is not observed, the contractual relationship shall always be tacitly extended by an additional month. Notice of termination by the Contractual Partner must be given in writing to Sukha Yoga Berlin. The right of extraordinary termination shall remain unaffected. An extraordinary termination is possible if the contractual partner can prove by means of a medical certificate that he/she is permanently unfit for sports or can prove a permanent change of residence at a distance of more than 50 km from the Sukha Yoga Berlin studio by submitting an official registration certificate.
6. Changes to class offerings/opening hours: Sukha Yoga Berlin reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the class offerings and opening hours. This applies in particular to short-term closures and maintenance work. Sukha Yoga Berlin is entitled to close for up to 2 weeks within each calendar year due to renovation work, workshops or for other organizational reasons, and to interrupt the regular class offerings. The terms of payment remain unaffected by this. There are no classes on official public holidays.
7. Cancellation of events and classes: Sukha Yoga Berlin is entitled to withdraw from the contract for important reasons, in particular if the number of participants is too low, if the teacher is ill or for other important reasons for which Sukha Yoga Berlin is not responsible and which make it impossible to run the event. Participation fees already paid will be refunded by Sukha Yoga Berlin. The participant is not entitled to any compensation or claims for damages.
8. Modification of rates: A price increase for the class offer must be announced four weeks in advance.
9. Severability clause: Should any provision of this contract be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The contracting parties undertake to agree on a valid provision that comes as close as possible to such provision.
